नमस्कार ! मै पानी हूँ , लोग मुझे पानी, जल, वॉटर इत्यादी नामो से जानते है । मेरा ना कोई रंग है ना रुप , मुझे जिस रंग और रुप के साथ मिलाय जाता है मै उस रुप का हो जाता हूँ। इस संसार की उत्पति पांच तत्वो से हुई है जिनमे पृथ्वी, आकाश, अग्नि, वायु और पांचवा मै यानी पानी(water) । इनमे हर तत्व का अपना अपना महत्व है और किसी एक के भी बिना पृथ्वी पर जीवन सम्भव नही है । मै आपके चारो और अलग अलग रुपो मे विधमान हूँ । तरल रुप मे तालाबो, नदियो , नहरो, कुवो ओर समुंद्र मे हूँ । हवा मे बादलों के रुप मे हूँ और ठोस अवस्था मे बर्फ के रुप मे हूँ। मुझे ना ही बनाया जा सकता है और ना ही मिटाया जा सकता है, केवल एक रुप से दुसरे मे परिवर्तित किया सकता है । हर साल मै समुद्र से बादलो के रुप मे वर्षा लेके आता हू और पृथ्वी के अलग अलग भागो मे पहुंचता हू तथा नदियो, नालो के रुप मे पुन: समुद्र मे मिल जाता हूँ । मै अनंत काल से इस संसार मे हूँ, मै जीव जन्तुओं, पक्षी, पेड़, मानव आदि के जीवन का संचालन करता हूँ। मेरा उपयोग समस्त संसार की प्यास बुझान मे, खाना बनाने, शोच मे , उधोगो मे , कृषि मे व बिजली बनाने मे किया जाता है ।

जैसा की हम सभी जानते है कि पुरे विश्व में पानी का संकट (Water Scarcity ) एक अहम् समस्या है . आज हर कोई देश पानी की कमी को लेकर परेशान है क्यों कि जनसँख्या में निरंतर वृधि हो रही है लेकिंन जल संसाधन और जल सरंक्षण में कमी हो रही है . इसी समस्या को देखते हुए भारत सरकार ने अमृत सरोवर मिशन को सभी राज्यों में लागु किया है | अमृत सरोवर मिशन क्या है (What is Amrit Sarovar Mission ) ? भारत सरकार ने आज़ादी के अमृत महोत्सव के क्रम में देश में जल संरक्षण ( Water Conservation ) के लिए 24 अप्रैल 2022 को अमृत महोत्सव मिशन को लांच किया | इस मिशन का मुख्य उद्देश्य प्रत्येक जिले में कम से कम 75 तालाबो या जल संरक्षण ढांचों को बनाना या रेनोवेट (Renovate ) करना है | लोगो को इस योजना से जोड़ने के लिए प्रधान मंत्री नरेद्र मोदी कहते है “ हम सब ͧमलकर एक काम कर सकते है हम संकल्प करे कि इस वर्ष प्रतिपदा से अगले वर्ष प्रतिपदा तक हर जिले में 75 अमृत सरोवर बनाएँगे | " इसे मिशन से सभी ग्रामीण जिलों का विकास होगा जिसमें कम से कम 75 अमृत सरोवर होंगे जिनकी कुल संख्या लगभग 50,000 होगी । अमृत सरोवर का निर्धारण
